              First of all Thank you, for taking interest in organizing IAODN camp at your Campus, Hereunder are the details to avail and organize our services at your campus.

Structure Of The Camp

Days of Camp: 2

Parts of Camp : 2 – As,

                               Day-1 :     a)   8 am. To 12 pm.  Coaching for supporting staff  Physios.

                                                   b)    1:30 pm onwards Free Treatment camp for patients

                                Day-2 :     SEMINAR for Physios 9 am onwards…

 

 

 

Requirements to Conduct the Camp n Seminar

 

Supporting Staff :  

·        Here we require 4+4 = 8 Physiotherapists, in which 4 senior     physiotherapists ( who all should be mandatory  in to clinical practice for more than 2 years) + 4 Coordinating Physiotherapists to the senior team ( should be of at least 1 year of experience in clinical practice ) 

 

 

 

 

·        Role of 4 Senior Physiotherapists: To learn the assessment criteria on DAY-1 MORNING OF THE CAMP,and then to assess and forward the case to our DN practitioners for treatment execution.

 

 

·        Role of 4 co-ordinate physiotherapists :  To learn the Photoghraphy, assessment criteria on DAY-1  MORNING OF THE CAMP, and then to support the senior physiotherapy team while they are taking assessment on DAY-1 Free Treatment sessions.

 

Equipment Requirements to Meet:  

·        A hall - of minimum strength of 150 people for two days.

·        A projector for Day -2.

·        Required Stage and Screen and Mike Set-up For Day – 2.

·        4 Laptop On Day One for Assessment purpose and 1 stand by.

·        4 cameras On Day One for Assessment purpose and 1 stand by.

·        6 Beds , 5 Consultation Tables for Day – 1.

Other Requirements:

·        Venue

·        Travel Fare

·        Accommodation of our Academy`s Delegation.

·        Receive and Drop Facility to the City on arrival and see-off timings.

·        Receive and Drop Facility to the venue.

Free And Share Commitments:

·        FREE : all the Treatment Services for the patients will be provided Free by the    mentor. 

·        Food Bills will be barred by the Organizers for Our Delegation.

·         Endorsements incomes will be shared by 30 % and should be done and decided by the Delegation members.

·        Fees Minimum 400 will be taken by the Academy per candidate , and for organizers benefit, they can add the amount up till 600 rupees. And the top up amounts will be solely taken and owned by them on which Academy will have no rights to share.

·        Attendance of supporting staff and Organizers for the seminar is absolutely free.

Other Discounts:

·       For Organizers The discounts will be 50% for the upcoming workshops.

·        For 4 – senior physio staff of Day-1 , 30% Discount will be allotted.

·        For 4 – co-ordinate physio staff of Day – 1 20% Discount will be allotted.

·        For Other Physios who are attending the seminar on Day-2 will get 10% Discount.

·        On the day on seminar completion if the candidate is confirming his seat for the WORKSHOP, he will then be allotted discount of 15%. And he will have to pay rupee 1000 on the spot to register himself to avail the 15% discount. 

 

Minimum Students Requirements : 100

Minimum Patients Requirements : 50

Requirements to Conduct the Workshop

 

Supporting Staff :  We  Do Not require any Supporting Staff. 

 

Equipment Requirements to Meet:  

·        A hall - of minimum strength of 150 people for two days.

·        A projector for the workshop duration.

·        Required Stage and Screen and Mike Set-up for the whole duration.

 

·        1 camera for event coverage purpose.

·        6 treatment beds.

·        6 treatment trolley

Other Requirements:

·        Venue

·        Travel Fare

·        Accommodation of our Academy`s Delegation.

·        Receive and Drop Facility to the City on arrival and see-off timings.

·        Receive and Drop Facility to the venue.

·        FREE : Needles for the workshop learning,

·        Fees Minimum 80% will be taken by the Academy per candidate , and organizers benefit will be of 20% out of the original conduction fees, they can add the amount up till 500 rupees. And the top up amounts will be solely taken and owned by them on which Academy will have no rights to share.

·        Attendance of Organizers for the workshop is absolutely free.

Other Discounts:

·       For Organizers The discounts will be 50% for the upcoming workshops.

·        On the completion if the candidate is confirming his seat for the  upcoming WORKSHOP , he/she will then be allotted discount of 15%. And he will have to pay rupee 1000 on the spot to register himself to avail the 15% discount for upcoming workshop.
